In 9 Days, She Could Stretch Her Legs

Glyconutrients Provided what Her Body Needed To Recover From MS

This photo of Jaclyn Palmer was taken at five months from the time that she first noticed that something was going wrong with her body.

She had only been married to Don for a few months the day Jaclyn Palmer, age 24, noticed that her right hand had turned purple and was cold, swollen and numb. It quickly crept up her arm and down her right leg. She lost the ability to walk on her own, first using a cane, then a walker and finally needing a wheel chair. Her downhill slide occured within the space of five months.

Her doctor said that she had the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). They would have to wait until the lesions showed up on an MRI to give a definite diagnosis, but he said it was probable MS.

Close friends of her family, whom Jaclyn had known since she was a little girl, heard about her five-month ordeal ... from a happy newlywed full of life, to being confined to a wheel chair. They told her to try using a recent medical discovery called "glyconutrients." Jaclyn began using a glyconutrional product on July 3, 2002. On July 12, she awoke and was actually able to stretch her legs. On July 14, Jaclyn used a cane to walk from the handicapped parking space at a restaurant to a booth, where she would celebrate her first anniversary. On July 16, (at two weeks on the glyconutrients) she walked with no assistance! On July 20, Jaclyn went to the gym and worked out for the first time in months.

Jaclyn had made an appointment with her doctor, Dr. Blaine Purcell, when she first began to take the glyconutritionals to see "what he thought about it." By the time that she arrived to see him, she was walking on her own power.
